IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERTISE!!! I have been a Toyota guy since 1989 when I bought my 1st SR5 pickup truck in Seattle. I presently a 2007 Tundra, 2008 Tundrq 2001 Sequoia and 2010 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams SE. Although I've usually enjoyed owning Toyotas I've constantly cringed at visiting dealerships for service. Within the fall of 2010 I decided to give Dick Poe service a attempt when I brought in our 2008 Tundra for TSB work on the front end. That was a great encounter and I felt great about it. That was disturbing to me due to the fact I never feel "excellent" right after picking up a car from a service department prior to. I figured it need to be fluke so later I brought in my 2001 Sequoia and2007 Tundra at the same time. The Sequoia for scheduled maintenance and also the Tundra for accelerator pedal recall and warranty work. No fluke. Wow!

SEARCHED THE REGION..GOT IT FOR US!!! John Springfield sat down with us and asked what we wanted on our 4Runner...color, interior, options, etc. Dick Poe Toyota didn't have the model we wanted in stock, but he searched the region and discovered the vehicle we wanted and got it for us! We truly didn't need to have to haggle for this vehicle. We were pleased with the trade-in amount for our vehicle and the price reduction on the new vehicle. We got the financing we were looking for!
